TMBCC is another masterpiece of Bloomington which was established in 1979 in IU for Promoting and protecting Tibetan and Mongolian cultures in US, keeping the Buddhist culture alive among the exiled communities of Tibetan, educating people about the the cultures of Tibetan and Mongolians to the public of Bloomington. This all is done by organizing workshops, seminars and ceremonies related the Tibetan and Mongolian culture.
